Built around the customer handoff

Miller Mover keeps the Tulsa move connected from the first walkthrough through the final room, not just from curb to curb.

A good move starts before anything is lifted. Miller Mover organizes the route through both properties, identifies priority pieces, and builds the loading order around the rooms waiting at the destination.

  • Access planned before arrival

For Miller Mover, parking, stairs, elevators, long carries, and doorways belong in the Tulsa move scope.

  • Protection begins indoors

Before the first piece crosses a doorway, Miller Mover considers furniture, floors, walls, and other finished surfaces.

  • One plan follows the move

Miller Mover keeps labels, placement notes, and contact details tied together from the origin to the destination.

About the approach

What sets the process apart

Care is built into every step.

Across Tulsa, Miller Mover keeps three principles visible from the first walkthrough through final placement.

Plan access before moving day.

Before Miller Mover sets the schedule, truck position, carrying routes, stairs, elevators, and property rules are recorded.

Wrap first. Move second.

Miller Mover reviews furniture protection and the carrying path before large pieces leave the Tulsa property.

Finish by room, not by truck.

Miller Mover closes the move by placing priority furniture and checking the destination room by room.

“The best moving plan is specific enough for the customer and every person handling the move to follow.”

A move is a chain of handoffs

The details should stay connected.

The origin walkthrough, packing notes, loading sequence, route, and destination placement should operate as one plan-not as separate conversations.

What customers should expect

A move experience with visible standards.

The written scope keeps these service standards visible before move day.

“I should know what is included, what affects the schedule, and who to contact before move day.”

Clear scope standard

“My furniture and the route through both properties should be considered before loading starts.”

Protection standard

“The move should finish with priority rooms usable and open questions clearly documented.”

Tulsa moving details

What to decide before your moving date.

Access, timing, and a sensible room plan matter just as much as the miles between addresses.

How early should I reserve a Tulsa move?

Contact us when your date range becomes clear, especially for weekends or the end of the month. More notice gives you better room to coordinate access and packing.

What if there are stairs at only one address?

Include stairs, landings, tight turns, and entry width for both properties. The crew plan should reflect the more demanding side of the move.

How are large appliances prepared?

Confirm who will disconnect, secure, and reconnect each appliance. Water, gas, and electrical work may need to be completed by the appropriate service provider.

Can I change the inventory after the estimate?

Yes, but share additions or removals before move day. An updated inventory helps keep labor, truck space, and timing aligned with the actual job.

What should be ready when the crew arrives?

Keep paths open, label packed cartons, separate items that are staying behind, and make sure parking and building access are available at the agreed time.

Moving experiences with Miller Mover

Our movers, Ben and Blaine, showed up about 15 minutes early and ready to get straight to work. They assessed the effort and then just set to it. They worked steadily and efficiently the whole time. They were polite and pleasant. They moved our furniture and belongings with care. From the booking process to the actual move, this was a great company to work with.

The move went very well. They took care in disassembling and reassembling large furniture, which I thought would take forever to do but they finish the move within a reasonable amount of time. They were courteous and asked where each piece of furniture should go. There was one minor scratch made on a wall during the move and the mover notified me when they did it and the scratch was understandable given the narrow stairway. Overall, I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Great experience with Miller Mover! Their crew of Jules, Ty, and Nodo moved us from storage to new house. They were professional, courteous, and worked tirelessly from arrival to completion. I highly recommend this company and crew for any moving services required and wish to thank them again for the outstanding service provided to us!!!

We had a great experience, the movers were friendly and professional. They took good care of our belongings, they treated every item like it was theirs. It would have been great though, if they had an electronic pay system (machine) on site that would allow paying tips using credit cards, just like restaurants do.

Miller Mover was awesome. Steven and the crew arrived at our door promptly at the start time. I actually think they'd been looking for and securing parking for 20 minutes prior. They got to work straight away and were very professional and courteous, even getting our huge sofa out fairly easily, where the original delivery company had trouble. Would highly recommend!

I used Miller Mover when I moved Downtown over 20 yrs ago. I was very surprised; they got even better. Moving is stressful, however, Paul & Alex were fantastic. They wouldn’t let me do anything. They handled everything very quickly, professionally, great energy, very organized (especially since part of the stuff was going to the Apt & the other to Public Storage) and their teamwork is phenomenal. I would definitely use this Company again and hopefully be able to request Paul & Alex. Nothing was too big or small - I just really appreciate them. Thank you.
